Canyon Caravan Home Listing Preview

Our meetings are usually at Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club. 

Welcome to our new Canyon Caravan Home Listing Preview group for real estate licensees, other third-party professionals (title, escrow, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents, etc.), buyers, and sellers. Our group will primarily focus on home listings, real estate trends, and the latest data for the local regions of Canyon Lake, Canyon Hills, and other nearby home listings in Riverside County as well as in the rest of Southern California.

Years ago, monthly home listing broker open house caravans were quite common. Because of internet technology advances, fewer real estate professionals are actually meeting in person to share ideas, learn from one another, and find new clients and third-party advisors. It's our intent to bring the real estate community back together, close more deals, and have lots of fun in the process. 

Virtual caravans: We will provide a laptop and larger monitor screen for real estate licensees and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) sellers to share their virtual caravan tour of both the interior and exterior of the property for sale. These same home sellers or advising real estate professionals are welcome to schedule actual in-person caravan tours of their listings shortly after the end of our monthly meetings. 

We will be meeting monthly at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club that's located at 32001 Railroad Canyon Road in Canyon Lake, California. Our meeting dates and times may fluctuate depending on whether or not we will actually have caravans (cars, boats, or golf carts) to visit some of the properties for sale on or near Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, and along the Pacific Ocean near the Southern California coastline. Our waterfront home listing tours by boat will likely be our most popular.  

We can offer free mortgage marketing flyers for your listings and pre-approvals for your buyers at these meetings by laptop. We will also share your property listings with our local and national affiliate of investors and 1031 tax-deferred exchange groups so that more people see your properties.

Our So-Cal Real Estate Investors group will also be joining the Canyon Caravan group so that we may all learn from one another and find the best listed and off-market properties. Ideally, these meetings will have both all-cash or pre-approved buyers and sellers ready, willing, and able to quickly complete a sales transaction together with the agents at our meetings.
